The Forze Hydrogen Racing Team is led by a team of students from the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands with ambitions to create the “fastest hydrogen racing car”.

Since 2021, Shell has been the proud main sponsor and provide financial and technical support to the team.

The Forze racing team is made up of 25 full-time and 35 part-time Dutch students mainly affiliated with TU Delft and other Dutch universities and have been creating racing cars since 2007.

The team has one goal: to build faster, better quality and more advanced hydrogen racing cars.

The racing cars that Forze develops are not just used in student races, they are raced in official GT races on world renowned tracks. Their 9th generation car, the Forze IX can reach a maximum speed of 300km per hour, and made its demo on the racetrack at the TT Circuit Assen in August 2024.
